Wondering how best to schedule a video to play on the hour throughout the day. Normally this would be a simple scheduling task but this video happens to be 59:45 total time. How best to ensure it always plays on the hour, then sits blank for 15sec, then plays again? I also only want it to start on the hour, so if the player experiences a power failure and is restored, it will play the video on the next hour.
