Hello all. I have 4 HD223 units on a clients network. Two are currently showing nothing and another two are running a basic video presentation on a loop. I've been trying for the last few hours to get them to show something (anything!) else. All the players are in separate groups.
In the BSN I have cleared the schedule on all of these players. No change.
I've tried scheduling a basic presentation of scrolling pictures via the webui and via BrightAuthor. In the webUI it appears to schedule it, but nothing changes on the output of the player. In BrightAuthor it appears to have published the presentation OK, but if you select another group and go back to the original you see that there is no presentation scheduled.
When you look at the groups tab in the webUI you can see that a presentation is scheduled on the right, but the player is still playing an old presentation (still listed under the player).
Also, the players access dots (green, yellow and red) often change. I have had them all green, currently two are yellow and two are red. I'm assuming this could be the issue? The clients site is an extremely secure network - is there a list of ports that need to be accessible to the players?
The main confusion is that it did work previously - the current playing video was done through the webUI.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've not managed to find anything relating to the issues I've been having through the forum searches.
