We have 3 units including this one intentionally disabled temporarily until we can move them to a new location. The Expert Power unit is the only one reporting to us every 5 minutes.
We don’t know if it is the unit itself that is reporting (still pugged into power and network?) or if it is the BSN that is doing the reporting because we don’t fully understand what is being reported or why. But it looks like the unit is still online and that is what is causing it to report.
What we need to find out is how to stop it. The others might not be reporting because they are no longer plugged into power and network.
