Error Accessing Brightwalls

I am attempting to load a simple .mp4 within a BrightWall project to BSN. When I go to Upload to Network, I receive the following error: "Error accessing BrightWalls"

I am also receive this error when trying to create a BrightWall Group in BA 4.6.0.36

Manage>Status>Add BrightWall Group> ERROR

Any help would be appreciated.
