UHD/4K content H.265

Hi all,

When I encode content to H.265 the player (XD233) shows nothing but audio is ok. Same when I preview in Brightauthor. Anyone had this problem yet?

    About to do a 4K project and I am worried about similar issues.

    I have asked BrightSign to publish Video Encoding Presets for HD and 4K for at least Adobe Media Encoder (and possibly other mainstream video software), as this seems to be what many are using to encode videos. Still no luck.

    I have seen a few posts at the Adobe Forums as well for people trying to get good results, or at least more detailed information on how to best encode for 4K BrightSign players.

    If you haven't already, look at the 2 pages below, and check to make sure you have the setting appropriate and that also correspond to the monitor you are displaying on.
