I need support to fix a bug on my Brightsign player. I use Brightsign player ls423.
I want show simple html-infoscreen from ARD. This infoscreen shows different news in a time loop:

Normally it should show some news and videos. Like this:
In the beginning it works very well with brightsign. But now it doesn´t show videos or next news. My screen show only this, without changing news:
What can I do?
