Two XT244 Same Firmware, Differnt Admin UI

We have multiple XT244's.  Some have one admin ui, and the rest have a differnt ui.  All are running the same boot version, 8.0.94.  All are running the same OS version, 8.2.55.  Anyone know why they would be showing differently?

    That's a first for me.

    Have you tried factory reset on Concessions-1?

    I have the same issue. Sometimes a firmware update fixes it. sometimes it doesn't.

    I've had the same thing happen with two brand new XT1144's, one has the new GUI and one has the old. No Idea on why, I have not tried the reset though.

    Appspace admin here, the only way I was able to get the new UI on an XT1144 (which was already running 8.4.10) was to factory reset my unit, revert it back down to 7.1.95, then update to 8.0.48. Upon the next reboot I was greeted with the activation screen, though no code. However from that point you can access the DWS and take it from there.
