qlab mac mini brightsign sync and control

dear brightsign support

i wanted to ask if the following is feasable and ideally rather straightforward to setup:

run an multitrack audio file from a mac mini

at the same time start video (with muted audio) playback of an already existing aray of 30 synched brightsign players where the videos play three loops in sequence  than stop for a few minutes (untill the audio stops in the mac) and then start again this time with audio unmuted for one loop - after that mac audio needs to be restarted together with the now again muted videos on the brightsigns... 

is there an ideal software that talks to the brightsigns resp. sends commands to brightsign and mac aswell - maybe qlab or alike?

    Not sure if I get what you want to do right. You are not giving much information.

    1-First, you want audio from the Mac + video from the BrightSign.

    2-Then audio and video from the BrightSign.

    3-Repeat of 1 and 2.

    This can all be done with QLab, and a Motu audio interface.

    QLab can control all your audio channels, as well as send cues (Via UDP) to the BrightSign to start video playback.

    let me explain again:
     
    we do have 30 brightsigns already running in sync (29 videos (which are always 3 videos daisychained 7-3-4)+1 video with audio track)
     
    we now would add a macmini that runs a 24 channel audio playback
     
    THE QUESTION:
     
    the 30 synched brightsigns now need be synched with the macmini´s 24 channel audio playback in the configuration shown below:
     
    the videos run 3 loops while the mac is playing back for 42 minutes - then the brightsign audio channel plays back so the macmini needs to stop 14 minutes
     
    and then both need to start again at 0
     
    your help is very much appreciated on how to get this done - where to find the udp commmands and how to implement/program this
     
    also if this could be done with bright author connected or only with brightauthor thus requiring a pc

    Of course that is possible.. 

    First you need a control system (SW: Qlab or Hardware:Medialon, Crestron) that can handle all this logic and send the appropriate commands. 
    Then you need to setup the brightsign units to respond to all those commands (Play loop, Mute, Unmute...) and the multichannel audio player (SW: Qlab, Reaper or Hardware: https://cymaticaudio.com/utrack24-productpage/ )

    thank you for your optimistic reply - the thing is that if i talk to brightsign support they tell me yes its feasable as long as qlab supports udp and the respective commands - if i talk to qlab i get the same answer vice versa - but none of the two parties seems to be familiar with both universes - there are no protocolls, scripts, manuals, etc. - so i guess it needs a programming wizard to accomplish this task...

    I didn't say it is easy, but it is feasible. They are both devices that need to be programmed in the way it is needed, and that will be different for any case, that is why there is no manual for an specific case..That is where integration takes part. 

    I'm a bit busy these days but if you send me the details i can give you some tips on how to acomplish that.
