Hello Everyone.
I am a new user with a small implementation of 10 units. I have been running through setup with BA: Connected but have come across some issues that are stumping me. I also believe that I am troubleshooting multiple issues and I will post these separately. Please forgive some of the more obvious questions
- system is setup with Local Networking
- using Control Cloud
- all BS units are in the most recent firmware and software is up to date
- We are using the Device Setup Library and Device Provisioning to setup the individual units.
Diagnostic Web Servers and question I had after watching videos and reading the startup guides.
1) I know there are two... a remote and a local. My understanding is the remote DWS is the one accessed via the BSN Cloud (BA Connected) and the Local DWS is accessed on the local network via connecting directly to the device by a browser. Is this correct?
2) In the Admin Section, after creating and saving a Setup in the Library, the password for the Local DWS is grayed out.
- Is the only way to update the password to do a new device setup?
3) At times I cannot connect to a unit via the BA: Connected Network page but I can connect using the Local DWS and connecting directly to the unit.
- Is there an obvious reason for this?
