Can't update my signs

I'm a food vendor with signs that has menus loaded onto monitors. I have a multiple monitor setup through a local area network and a wireless router. I originally was able to log onto the brightsign app and update the signs (like change prices or items), but suddenly I no longer can. I never had internet access before and was able to change it just locally through the network and the app. Any idea on why I cannot anymore or if I need to reset or do something different?
