So I am trying to setup 7 BrightSign XD234s to display production machine information using Mattec RealTime. The URL formatthat needs to be used for this to work is:
http://servername/AdvMES/realtime/embed.aspx?machno=1,2&displayno=154
Where 'servername' is replaced with the name of my Mattec server. When I put that link into a HTML5 widget and post it to my BrightSigns, I get a black screen. I've been going back and forth with Support for 2 weeks now and we haven't been able to work this out. Does anyone know what might be going on?
