Vitural Tours on a brightsign from 3Dvista

We want to put a virtual tour made in the program 3Dvista onto an LS424. The program produces 3 different type of files to be used:

1. For local use. This is an .exe file that runs on our windows computer, but can't really be put on a Brightsign

2. For Web. This produces an .htm index file that can be played on a website, but does not play from a local file destination. we have tried putting this onto an LS424 and it just gives us a loading screen that hangs.

3. For Youtube. This gives a video file that when uploaded to youtube allows for the moving of the picture.

The brightsign is up to date on firmware. Any suggestions?

".exe" files will NOT work for sure as they are intended for Windows only.
".html" should work under some circumstances.. Take into account that LS424 has less Html features than higher series such as XD or XT... Be sure the html file and all related folders/files are in the proper path of the SD card

Just for info, there is a CMS/control software called Pixilab Blocks that is compatible with Brightsign and has Panorama viewer included: https://pixilab.se/docs/blocks/app-note/panorama

    regards

    Álvaro.
