XT1144 doesn't connect to Samsung TV after BSN remote update

I've been testing a XT1144 BSN setup in my office using a 4K Samsung computer monitor. Using BrightAuthor Connected, I was able to update the XT using a jpg graphic, which displayed on my PC monitor, and then a TVC the client supplied for content that I re-encoded as a H265 encoded looping video. But when I moved the kit to my client's office to check the setup with the project's 80" Samsung domestic 4K TV, the XT would load and play the looping video, but not the jpg. I tried making the jpg into a video and exported it using the same H265 settings out of Premiere and Adobe Media Encoder as I used for the looping video, but it wouldn't update and reconnect; the TV sensed there was a device attached, but it wouldn't load the new content and display it, as it had been doing in my office on the PC 4K monitor. Once I updated the schedule with the looping video, the XT would connect with the TV and loop. I downloaded 4K content from a stock footage site, encoded it as a H265 using the Adobe Media Encoder preset, and it would load and loop.

I am bamboozled as to what is going on but I sense it is either the encoding/codec of the file or somehow the handshaking of the XT1144 and the Samsung TV.

Without going to my client and testing on their Samsung, I am 99.9% I found the answer. It goes back to the 4k UHD pixel standard set by Adobe Illustrator when I made the graphic. Adobe set it as 3840 x 2160, not 4096 x 2160. So, the graphic and movie I made using it in Adobe Premiere would play on my 4K PC monitor but not the Samsung 4K TV, which makes sense, because it was out of spec.

I hope my inane pixel blindness will help someone else on the planet with the same problem! If I don't make a further update, you can assume that this was the 'fix'.
