We have two XD5 players we are looking to use for digital signage, which includes video looping 4k60 content. During testing, we discovered that any 4k60 or 1080x60 content becomes intermittently choppy or stutters. We have tried different firmware and publishing methods, but still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Mark Richards Choppy or stuttering videos suggest a bitrate issue. Do your videos exceed the bitrate for the players?

NOTE: If you are using VBR you can have bitrate spikes in the video stream that can exceed the player bandwidth that will cause a stutter to occur at a specific pint in the video each time.
