Hey guys, first time user here. I did a cool network design for these devices. I was all proud of that & then when adding to Author it says no Brightsign could be found at that address.
Where can I start? Brightsign email support hasn't been responsive.I guess if I have to pay the $100 for a phone call that's fine - but I would have hoped to have a fix within the week that it's taken so far.
