I am having difficulty getting a LS445 and an Arduino MEGA to communicate via serial. I am using the USB-C to serial/USB cable from the BrightSign store. The serial port is set to 0. The baud rate is 115200 and all the other settings are correct but when I send a Serial byte from an advanced menu, I get nothing in the Arduino Mega serial monitor(not even garbage).
The LS424 which i've been using in the past required an autorun.brs script that would enable the serial port over the USB-C cable. Does anyone know if the LS445 needs the same sort of Serial Enable script? And if so where might one download such a script? Thanks!
