Brightsign players XT4 is responding very hard with the AppSpace application

I have a problem with some Brightsign XT4 players that are assigned to a group in AppSpace. They have correct IPs, the SD cards are correctly set, the problem is that they are in sync with appSpace continuously. After 1 or 2 days, they show me the image that I set from AppSpace and if I make any changes to them, it does not update (e.g. another image set) but comes with the same message: "Device is Syncing with Appspace" . I don't know what to do anymore.
Also, I don't know how to set his ONLINE status. Other times it takes a link local IP 127.0.0.1 instead of the IP I set. The network works because it is powered by POE, it does not have a separate power supply.
Please help me !!!

    I forgot to mention : after make some changes, the image for example, it shows me the message: Out of Sync and OFFLINE in AppSpace
