Scheduling Issues

I have been having issues with Scheduling on Brightsigns. Currently when I'm scheduling for events which all use different slides I have to reboot before the change will take affect instead of it just pulling the scheduled slide. I wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations at what I could look at to resolve this.
