I am updating my Bright Sign project after two years and recent;y downloaded Bright Author onto a new computer. I have a HD120 and HD220. Both models I try will not load my presentation. I continue to receive a blank screen and red error light on the player. How can I resolve this issue?
This can happen if you installed a newer version of BrightAuthor without updating the player firmware. There's a message upon starting a new version of BrightAuthor that tries to explain this.
Update the player firmware manually, or apply the configuration files with a firmware update set in the a Spotify Firmware Update box.
