Time Clock doesn't work correctly

Hello we use XD232 and we tried many times to set default clock time but the time isn't correct.

We changed and tried many times the setting in "Tools/Setup Brighsign Unit" changing the "Time Zone" but in no one mode the time change.

Why?

I read many forum..

If SD is formatted correctly, coulld be possible change someting into the mediaplayer?

We use Firmaware "Minimun Compatible Release 5133", but we alto try the last version.. but no change...

    Please send the players logs as per what is described in the below FAQ:

    It's possible to the player RTC (Real Time Clock) is not properly set and therefore these event don't trigger as expected.

    Also please attach your presentation to this post.
