red light flashes 5 times HD110

Hi,

My HD110 brightsign won't play anything and is doing 5 red flashes continuously. I've read that this 5 flashes means "Failed to load kernel module". What can I do to solve this problem?  have tried the autorun.brs file, but it didn't react to that. Any solution?

  Please try firmware update in safe mode.

  Download firmware from this page:

  Open installation instructions:

  find 'Updating with Secure Boot' section in the bottom and follow all steps described there.
