When setting up the ticker and clicking "Zone Properties", the "Edit Zone" window appears and the animated and static features in that window are not accessible. Also, when setting up the ticker under "Zone Properties", the "Edit Zone" window opens and when selecting alignment and choosing "Center aligned" it sets it to Left aligned instead.
