PLEASE HELP!!!

I am at my wits end...

I got the HD600 today and the demo works fine with Snadisk Extreme III 2gb CF, but when I try to use just a simple slideshow of BMP images, I get nothing but a blank screen.

I have no ide how to save a Notepad file as a .bsp

Can somebody please help fast!!!

    As far as saving a notepad file, just save it with the name autoplay. It will save as a text file. Then, rename it, and change the extension from .txt to .bsp. Please verify your computer is set to show file extensions. You can get to it by going to the tools menu, in any folder, and choosing folder options, then clicking on the view tab. There's a box to uncheck that says "hide known extensions."



    With the latest software, and the latest autorun file, you can no longer name a series of images autorun1.bmp, autorun2.bmp, etc and get them to play.

    Thank you so much for your quick response. I figured out the part about showing the file extensions just when I was about to give up.



    For anyone else with this problem take the advice of this forum...

    SHOW THE FILE EXTENSIONS!!!!



    The HD600 will not read the file name without this, so save yourself a few hours of headaches.



    When you change the Notepad filename from autoplay.bsp.txt to autorun.bsp, it will convert the file to "read only" file. This is what you need.



    Also, make sure you run the latest software version AND the autorun.bas file
