eloc not working but elo is????

I'm working on a project that is a map with circles where the cities are. If I use the eloc:26:494:12 it doesn't do anything with the touchscreen. However if I use the elo:14:483:24:24 it works fine. Any suggestions? I have a lot more to do and would like to use eloc if I could get it to work.

Running on HD2000 Ver 1.3.27
