HD2000 Problem in the transition from one video to another v

In our shop we have several teams of the model brightsign hd2000, we have placed one of them for an exhibition of 65-inch TV with video resolution of 1920x1080, 29,970 FPS, bitrate 36145kbps, have MPG2 format and the tensile strength of a video to another freezes the Finally, I would like to know if I have to make any changes to the videos and that the tool and I do exactly that.

    The HD2000 has a max bit rate of 25mbps. So, your 36Mbps video would cause problems. You need to reduce the bitrate of your video to a max of 25mbps.
