Problem with movie

I am having trouble with a movie. I am running a HD600 hooked up to a buttonboard and using a csv file. After the movie plays, instead of returning to my menu screen, the screen goes black and will not respond to the depressing of any buttons. I have put the movie in different positions and the problem seems to follow the movie as opposed to any particular button.

The movie was authored with iMovie then converted to an mpeg2 with VideoConverter. I have several other movies created in this way and have not had this problem. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks,

If you play just the video, with no csv, does it play more than once, either usign a playlist, or just the same video renamed autoplay.mpg?

Is it possible to connect a null modem cable between your computer and the brightsign to see the output from the unit?
