HD1000 RS-232 Pin-out

Does the HD1000 have the same RS232 pin-out on the DB9 connector as the HD2000? If so, great! If not, what is the pin-out?

I can't find documentation for this feature of the older unit. Thanks for any assist.

    Yea, it shoud be the standard RS-232 plug (IEEE standard).  I just plug one end of a serial cable to the RS-232 plug on the HD1000 and the other to the serial port on my PC and I am set. I think the baud is 115200...
