playing normal vobs and mpegs

Hello

Ive been trying to get mpegs and vobs to work on the hd110 but with no luck. Ive installed the new firmware. Is it possible on these player to play ordinary vobs and mpegs or do they have to be "ts" files (which i cannot convert to)

    Yes, if you have 3.1 firmware installed it should work. Please try downloading on of the older demos on our website, brightsign.biz/support/demos. There are hd600 and 2000 demos with mpg viles. Copy just the video to the card, and nothing else and test.



    Please also try starting up with no flash card and confirm the firwmare did update properly.
