Black after touch

Hello,

I instal about 5 HD1010 player with latest firmware version and elo touch screen, create interactive playlist .csv with mpegs files and with bmp file for menu screen.
The problem is that the same content plays diferent on 3 players. After touching loading next bmp menu about 3 second and there is black. The same situation after end of videofile.... black screen cca 2-3 second and after it load image...


Can you help me where is wrong??

    Did these units work when they were tested, but now aren't working now that they're installed?



    If CSV playback is giving you a black screen, then there's an error in the CSV normally.



    -- Please confirm your images aren't larger than 1920x1080. If the images are larger than the recommended maximum that can take too much graphics memory and cause memory problems.



    -- If there are files referenced in the csv file that aren't also listed in the STATE column, that can also cause problems with the csv file. Are the csv files and video files identical on each unit? Can you email me or post the csv files from two of the units that are acting differently?
