Seamless loop and scheduling with HD810?

I've set up a schedule with BrithtAuthor to play a single video file on weekdays between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and this works fine on a HD810. However I would like to have the video file to loop seamless during the active hours of the day, as it is now there is a short freeze frame after each loop.
I can get the video (transport stream, no audio) loop seamless with a simple script, no problem, but how to do it with scheduling?

I'm going to send you a link to a newer brightauthor, and we can test if it does seemless loop if only one video is playing. ..

What firmware do you have? And, is this a transport stream?

The firmware version is 3.1.46 and yes it is a transport stream without audio.

HI I am also having this exact problem. with an 410
every time we do the loop we get a freeze frame at the end of the loop.
we have tried using two videos (number 1s end matching number 2s beginning and number 2s end matching number ones start) and telling them in bright author to play one after the other but on the change from one video to the other we get a freeze frame)
is there a tick to this?
I am using the latest firmware (as of today) and bright author

we have tried both mepg2 and h264 transport streams.

any help or advice would be much appreciated
