HD1010 Volume Setting

Hello, I have a HD1010 connected to a display using an HDMI to DVI cable for the video piece, and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo cable for the audio piece. My problem is in adjusting the output volume using an interactive playlist file. I created a simple .csv that works well with the button pushes I need to do, and appears to set the video mode as we need. I have tried using the "volume #" command to control the volume level. I have tried setting the volume to 0, 5, 20, and no volume command. Regardless of what # I put in for the volume level, it makes no difference in the sound level that is reproduced by my simple monitor speaker. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

It would probably be much easier to do this using BrightAuthor 2.2. We are getting ready to post it. I'm attaching a link to a pdf with the updated firwmare you'll need and the software.

For csv files, I"m not aware of a command that lets you change the folume on the fly with a button press. can you post your csv file?

    Lyndon,
Thanks for the link, unfortunately, we can't get to it from our .mil connection. .biz and online storage sites are blocked, so I can't get to most of the Brightsign stuff, except the forum because it's on a .com that's not blocked.
I'm not looking to change the volume on the fly. Just want to set it when the player boots with my autoplay.csv  I've tried using the "volume #" command but that doesn't appear to be working.

    It's a very simple .csv

    IMAGEMODE,2,,
    VIDEOMODE,1920x1080x60p,,
    VOLUME 10,,,
    GPIOEnableOutput,0,,
    ,,,
    EVENTS,,button:1,videoend
    STATE,compartsna.mpg:gpioson(0),comparts.mpg,compartsna.mpg
    STATE,comparts.mpg:gpiosoff(0),compartsna.mpg,compartsna.mpg

    your volume command is incorrect.

    For videos, it would be:

    VIDEOPLAYERAUDIOVOLUME 10,,,,

    Lyndon,
Thanks. I'll give it a try. Unfortunately, the user manual (page 30) claims that command is only used for the HD2000.
