manage schedules in Simple Network

I keep loosing my schedule for when I am test. I open a new presentation and it over writes the one default autoschedule . What is a good suggested way to keep presentation files and associated schedule together. I assume that Bright Author will only look at the file named autoschedule and upload that file to to the simple network. I going to have many 210w all running different presentations on different schedules. I plan to save my presentations and associated schedule in a combined folder. If I open a presentation file and a autoschedule file name unita-presentation and unita-autoschedule. will BS author on publish output the correct names? thanks

  A new schedule is created every time you quit brightauthor and reopen. Under the publish tab, you can go to the schedule menu, and save your schedule. Then when you want to edit it, you can reopen that schedule using the same menu and then make changes.
  
  BrightAuthor doesn't tie the schedule files to presentation names that way, not automatically. You'll need to open the schedule directly.
