BrightAuthor installation

I'd like to install BrightAuthor on a computer that isn't connected to the internet. When attempting this, it looks for a connection, and not having one, won't proceed. Is there a way to have BA on a computer that isn't online?

    This isn't something I'd given thought to. The software looks for a microsoft .net installation. I don't know if it will skip the .net check if you already have the latest .net installed.

    Thanks. Yes, I see it looks for .net, and the old standby computer doesn't have it set up.

    ok, then I would try installing .net first.
