Red light flashes 10 times on both units

Last night both of my HD1010 units stopped working. When I try to restart the red light blinks 10 times after the Busy light. Network connection is ok and I checked I am using latest software. What else could it be? SOLUTION FROM SUPPORT: It looks like both units failed with a script error, but one thing I found is that you're using an old version of brightauthor which makes things like this more likely. 1. Update to brightauthor 2.2.0.37. This will also require a firmware update to 3.3.78 or 3.5.68 for the brightsigns. 2. Upload a new project using brightauthor 2.2. When you publish the new project, add the firmware update to the project. This is one of your options when you publish on a brightsign network account, to include a firmware update. 3. GO to the tools menu, and choose Advanced. Add the serial number for each unit, and choose "recovery - no reformat", and add action. The next time your units connect, they will download the new firmware, and the new projects. You cannot use brightauthor 2.2 on the older firmware.
