I recently updated my brightsign unit (HD110) with the newest firmware (3.5.68) and also downloaded the newest software of BrightAuthor (2.2.0.39). Now when I play my 1920x1080 file (I have tried both TS and original H.264 mov file) I get a vertical band of black on the left side of my monitor... I never received this before when using it with the old version of brightauthor and older firmware. Nothing has been changed in the files, so this makes me assume there is something wrong with either the firmware or software. Also there is no Audio now, when there was before and there is a slight hiccup half way in the monitor (horizontally) which is much harder to see unless your up close. Any suggestions? There's nothing in brightauthor that would cause this. It must be a firmware issue, some compatibility with that display. I can get you another release to test, to see if you still see the problem. Please send me a message at support@brightsign.biz
