HD1010 Fireware upadate errors

I just updated 20 HD1010 to Version 3.5.77. 4 of them now will not boot correctly. The monitor receives a signal then losses it. They will not boot to any other SDHC cards. I have tried to redo the update again with the same results. What can I do next?
