HDMI colorspace with distributor

Hi, I'm using a brightsign HD210 to play on 4 panasonic HD screens. I use a 1 to 4 hdmi distributor to feed my monitors with the brightsign. When starting I can see my image, but the colorspace doesn't match. Black looks red, purple looks pink... after starting all my images are still wrong. When I start the brightsign directly plugged in the same monitor, the color looks ok. Without shutting off the player, I unplug it from the monitor and plug it back to my distributor, the images still looks ok. I use a simple script to play in loop a 1920x1080x50i TS file. (the one available on this forum) Should I always start like this (plug/unplug) or there is a workaround? Thanks Bricolo

It sounds like the issue is with the hdmi distributor you're using. I haven't heard of this issue before. Have you contacted the vendor for the hdmi distributor to see if they have seen this issue before?

    Hi Lyndon,

    Thank you for your answer.
The HDMI distributor is working ok since there no "negociation phase" between HD210 and monitor on startup.
As long as the unit is started with a monitor, then everything is fine.
If I restart the player then color goes wrong again.
I asked Aten about this, I'm waiting for an answer.
Anyway, I'm looking for a workaround for this issue.
Do you think setting the player in HDMI 1080i50 RGB output by default could be useful?
