Text animation/mpeg advertisements...any ideas???

I am looking to create a few advertisements, mostly just some dynamic text like words fadeing in/out, moving about the page; etc.

I am wondering what some of you have used in the past for these types of things. I am currently just displaying static images and wish to get into dynamic content production.
