MP3 Problems

I recently set up a Roku Brightsign HD600 to play an MP3 play list for an exhibit here. The play list has 92 songs encoded in .mp3 format at 48Khz. I also ran all the software updates listed on your site along with the autorun.bas file. The music plays for a random amount of time, anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours, and then it freezes. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    How often does it fail on the shorter end of the spectrum?

    Is it possible to connect the unit to a computer to test it during playback? You would connect it to your computer using a null modem cable, and open hypterterm so you could see output from the unit. THis would allow you to capture whatever error the unit generates when it fails.



    Directions for doing this are in the user's guide, but we can also setup a time when I will call.



    Is it possible test playback from a different cf card? You can also try reformatting the current card, and then running the test again.



    Where is the unit located when it's running this demo?
