correct touch screen command

Hi,
I'm trying to use the HD2000 with a 3m touchscreen.
Looking at the autoplay.csv under events I can see the elo commands.
How do I change this to use the other touchscreens that this unit supports?

I tried changing from elo to 3m, but the autoplay file not longer worked.
I've searched the forums and documentation but apart from seeing that the HD2000 can support elo, NEC and 3m I can find no other information about it.
Ideally we would like to use it with an IR touch (usb) touchscreen (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.irtouch.com">www.irtouch.com</a><!-- w -->) but will settle for 3m touchscreens.

  The keyword doesn't change to support other touchscreens. It's the same keyword.
  
  
  
  Which software version is on your unit? And, are you saying the touch input doesn't work with the autoplay.csv left with default settings?
  
  
  
  If the IRtouch screens are HID compliant, they may work. The HD2000 supports HID compliant devices.

  Hi, thanks for the reply.
  
  We have tried two different touch screens (both micro touch) and now two different HD2000's one with software version V1.3.14 and another straight out the box V1.2.27.
  
  I downloaded the demo file once again and did not make any changes to it incase it was something I had previously done.
  
  
  
  I still get no touch response, both touch screen have been tested with Mac and Windows PC's and both function ok.
  
  When we plug in a usb mouse it works fine.
  
  
  
  I'm sure this is newbie user error, but I'm a little stuck as to what to try next.
