HD2000, HD playback problem 1920x1080x50i

Hello,

I excitedly tried out my lovly purple player today and after a little reading and experimenting discoverd that their dosn't seem to be an option for 50i video at full resolution. Is this the case and if so whats the time frame for it to bhe fixed?

I havn't tried updateing the firmware yet, might this help.

  1920x1080x50i is currently available. You just need to change the video mode to that.
  
  
  
  If you are using a playlist, for example, add at the top:
  
  videomode 1920x1080x50i
  
  
  
  If it's not working, we can try updating your unit to 2.x beta software, but I believe it's supported in 1.3.x software.
  
  
  
  How did you try to change the video mode? You can use the same command in csv file, but with VIDEOMODE in all caps.

  I had tried putting the "videomode 1920x1080x50i" command in the "autoplay.bsp" file, it keeps re booting and not doing anything. I tried updateing the firmware to the latest(that I found) 1.3.31 version.
  
  
  
  If I change the "videomode 1920x1080x50i" to "videomode 1920x1080x60i" or another mode listed in the manual it works i.e. "1280x720x50p".

  Thanks for the new firmware , it is now indeed playng in 1080 50i with the videomode line working.
