I need help with Pixel location for zones with the HD1010

I have a 32 inch 1080p and I desperately need pixel locations for a 3 zone template with 1 large rectangular zone for VideoOrImages and 2 smaller square zones for images. NO text or RSS feed. PLEASE HELP!
