HD600 multi channel audio

I want to encode a movie file so it will play 4 channels of audio out of a HD600. Any tips on how to do this?

    I'm not sure what you're asking. My understanding is you can use ac3 and only have audible audio on 4 channels.

    OK, so all  do is encode it as a 3.1 or 5.1 file and it automatically gets routed out the audio prorts?

    If you want it routed to the analg outputs, then you just set the audio output to analog.
