playing a Flash file on a HD1010

I have a customer who needs to run a flash file on an HD1010.

Any ideas on how to convert this into a .ts?

We tried converting it to an MOV then to a .ts and it looks very bad.

    Can you convert directly to a regular mpeg1 or 2 file, .mpg or .vob?

    Or, can you convert to an h.264 transport stream? You can play h.264 transport streams on the compacts.

    They are using adobe Flash.

    I am looking for a program or plug in that will allow us to output or convert to the mpeg file
