Autoschedule 410

This autoschedule script is not working. Any ideas? When I plug in the 410 it runs the history.csv and does not respond to the sleep/wake scripts. I did set the time/date on the 410 through hyperterminal. I cut and pasted the history file from excel, it's working fine. Thank you!!
