Brightsign Author Freeze Frame

I setup a playlist with a video and a jpg file. Works great although I have an issue with the last frame of the video file freezing on screen before the jpg file appears. Is there someway to fix this issue, so that the video ends and the jpg pop on without any freeze frame?

    There's normally some delay transitioning from a video to an image or image to a video. Please update to the latest beta firmware on our website, and test if the problem still occurs.  One solution that you can use, if the transition isn't fast enough, is to make a video that only has the one image in it. There's no hiccupt going from video to video.

    So this freeze frame after updating the firmware... seems like it is a low rez image of the last frame of the video. It displays for a half second, then the jpg image will load.  Is there anyway to eliminate the freeze frame before image loads?
