Help with BrightAuthor 2.0.0.18 and Networking

Hi Support, I have tried without success to get out HD1010 communicating with the Network Manager. I loggeed into out Network Account I uploaded a simple test project to the network. The files for the project then appeared in the library. I set the HD1010 up for our network and it eventually appeared under the management heading. I then scheduled the simple test project for all day every day and assigned to the localtest group (which our unit is in) All seemed good so far. Unfortunately that's where the problems start. No presentation ends up on the unit. If I publish the project to an SD card and test it, it works fine. So that would suggest that the project is fine. Looking under the manage tab, I can see the group Localtest with our unit in it. It has the test project listed under scheduled presentations. it is set to connect every 30 seconds and I can see the time updating when I click refresh (definitely sustained communication) The Status is always RED. If I right click and select info I always get unable to connect to the BrightSign Network Manager. I then get the device info which lists the device IP as our external IP address so I am guessing that I perhaps need to set some firewall rules on our router to let some traffic in and NAT it to the unit's IP? Here is the end of the log from our unit: ### File download progress Turbulent gases2003.jpg 0 ### send_device_download 2010/03/10 15:06:05.198 ### pool_event ### File failed Turbulent gases2003.jpg: The requested URL returned error: 505 ### send_device_error ### send_error ### File download progress Whirlpool galaxy.jpg 0 ### send_device_download 2010/03/10 15:06:05.723 ### pool_event ### File failed Whirlpool galaxy.jpg: The requested URL returned error: 505 ### send_device_error ### send_error ### File download progress autoplay-Project 2.xml 0 ### send_device_download 2010/03/10 15:06:06.244 ### pool_event ### File failed autoplay-Project 2.xml: The requested URL returned error: 505 ### send_device_error ### send_error ### File download progress autorun.brs 0 ### send_device_download 2010/03/10 15:06:06.753 ### pool_event ### File failed autorun.brs: The requested URL returned error: 505 ### send_device_error ### send_error 2010/03/10 15:06:06.852 ### pool_event ### Sync failed: At least one file could not be satisfied ### send_device_error ### send_error Cheers Ben
