BackgroundImage distorted
I am working with the BrightAuthor software for the first time and I am trying to set up a template to use for the signage. I established a multi-zone layout and created a BackgroundImage zone. The image has been created in Photoshop and is sized appropriately for our display, saved as a .jpg and copied over to the memory card. When the BrightSign loads the background image, the image is distorted. I tried a few different images and they are all doing the same thing. I can send a picture as to what is happening if anyone would like. Thoughts? I did look at the post on Background Images (http://forums.roku.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=26796&p=168021&hilit=background#p168021) Not sure if this is the answer to my question. Any help would be appreciated.
