matching resolutions

Hi There, I'm trying to output a 720p .ts to a projector with a WXGA native resolution, 1280 x 800. However, when the brightsign boots up, the projector always recognizes it at 1080p30, upscaling it I assume. I tried to force 720p with the following playlist: Videomode 1280x720x60p master_test.ts Saved it as autoplay.bsp, but still no luck - 1080p once again. Is there anything I'm missing? I'm running 3.2.67 firmware. Thanks! Dan

    It's not seeing your playlist.

    And, with that firwmare, using that old playlist format, you can set the unit to 1280x800x60p. It's one of the newer resolutions.
    Please check out our brightauthor software. It's the easiest way to do playlists on the unit.

    If your playlist is in the root of the flash card, the unit should see it. Please make sure your system to show known file types and extensions. You can email me the autoplay.bsp file at support@brightsign.biz
