re: touchscreen calibration

Hey, I'm using 3M m170 touchscreens and 810 players - all good - but I need to reconfigure the touchscreen so that it works as a single click (touch) not a double click. With the double click setting it appears the player registers the first touch as the location and the second touch as the "go and do it" action and that is causing all sorts of problems (because of screen design of offset buttons i.e. back to main menu and play video buttons ) any help would be appreciated thanks de

I've never heard of such a complaint before. My screen doesn't require a double-tap to work with the calibration.

This happens during the calibration script, or only during an interactive playlist on the unit?

Same problem, but with an XD1030, using a medialist to go through images, with touch events, but I always need to touch twice before navigating to the next image, I'm using Iiyama-touchscreens

Sounds like a possible calibration or driver issue. You should update to the latest beta firmware, and recalibrate. The attached files has a standard calibration, and another script that generates a touchlog to capture info about how the screen is working. Please run the calibration first, and then the second script, then send us both log files.
